Sarah Wolffis is an artist. She embodies many art forms including massage therapy, reiki, textiles, ceramics, illustrations, dance, and yoga. But, Alexander Technique is her glue in life. This technique provides Sarah a way to elevate her skills, actively listen to herself, feel safe in her body, and bravely navigate the world. Sarah discovered the powerful support of Alexander Technique while completing her undergraduate degree in Art at the University of Iowa in 2013. Months after earning training as a massage therapist at the East-West School of Healing Arts in 2016, she relocated to Chicago to join an Alexander Technique AmSAT teaching certification program.

Sarah completed her three-year Alexander Technique teaching certification with Alexander Technique Training In Chicago (aka ATTIC) under the direction of Daria Okugawa in 2019. Soon after graduating, she landed a job at Verde Holistic Wellness studio as an Alexander Technique teacher and Wellness practitioner. During this time she volunteered as a teacher at the ATTIC. After gaining experience in teaching in Chicago Sarah moved back to Iowa City to start a solo practice.

In 2020 Sarah launched her practice Embodied Vessels Sarah Wolffis, located in Iowa City, IA. She provides private Alexander Technique lessons and intuitive massages.
